mayonnaise v. Miracle Whip
Monday, November 30, 2009 Mayonnaise is a condiment made by emulsifying oil, salt, sugar, and vinegar or lemon juice in egg yolks. Miracle Whip is a competing product first offered by Kraft Foods in 1933. It has many of the same ingredients, but is sweeter, tangier, spicier, and has less fat than mayo.
