Remote Access
It’s possible for someone sitting at one computer to control another computer using remote desktop software. TeamViewer is a popular, simple application that I use to remotely access and work on your PC. Click on the appropriate Download TeamViewer button below to download the program:
If prompted, save it to an easy to find location, such as your desktop. This version of TeamViewer requires no installation.
When the download is complete, and you’re ready for me to begin working on your computer, double-click TeamViewerQS to run the application. After a few moments, you’ll see a window like the one below:

On the phone, or using the Live Chat widget on the left side of this website, tell me the ID and Password indicated in the TeamViewer window. From there, I’ll be able to operate your computer as if I were sitting right in front of it. When I’m done, I’ll let you know what changes were made and end the remote desktop session. You can close the connection at any time by clicking on the red ‘X’ button in the small TeamViewer window in the bottom right corner of your screen.
I respect your privacy and security. TeamViewer connections are encrypted, meaning that no one can gain access to your computer without your computer’s ID and password. A new temporary password is created every time you restart TeamViewer, so once you close the program, I can’t reconnect.
If you’d like, you can leave TeamViewer on your computer so you won’t have to download it again if you require support in the future.
